At Twitter Bike, we want you to ride with confidence; if your new cycling gear doesn't meet your performance expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unridden condition with all factory packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the bicycle or components back into the original manufacturer's box, ensuring all protective padding and frame guards are correctly positioned.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the carton, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mechanics verify the technical condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
